What are the taxes on my reservation?
They are 8.4% sales tax and 3% lodging tax.
What is the credit authorization at check-in?
If you book directly through our website, your card will be authorized for the full amount of your stay plus $25 for incidentals.
What is the guestroom cancellation policy?
All reservations are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy unless a special pre-paid, non-refundable, or contracted group rate was booked.

Reservations that fail to show or cancel within 24 hours of scheduled arrival will be charged the first night’s room and tax.

Cancellations on non-refundable rates will forfeit the pre-payment. Group cancellations are subject to contracted terms.
Is there a minimum age requirement to check-in?
Yes, guests must be 18 years of age or older to check-in.
I have questions about my bill. Who do I call?

I booked on a website other than hotelwindrow.com, and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?
Please contact the website where your original reservation was created to make changes to your stay. These changes will then be reflected in our system.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is 3:00 pm, and check-out time is 11:00 am.
Do you offer early check-in or late check-out?
For early check-in or late check-out, please call us at 509.962.8000. These options are available for a fee and based on availability.
Can I store my bags before I check-in or after I check-out?
Yes, the front desk is happy to store your luggage.
What are the options for parking?
Parking is reserved for registered overnight guests and is limited to one vehicle per room. A parking pass will be provided upon check-in. The nightly parking fee is $10 plus tax and will be charged to your room for convenience. Complimentary on-street parking is also available
Does Hotel Windrow offer electric vehicle charging?
Yes, Hotel Windrow offers Tesla chargers and can provide an adaptor.
Is Hotel Windrow dog-friendly?
We love welcoming furry friends to Downtown Ellensburg! We offer a limited number of dog-friendly accommodations on the first floor for well-behaved pups under 50 pounds (maximum of two dogs per room).

A dog fee of $50 (plus tax) applies to the first night of your stay, with an additional $25 (plus tax) per night thereafter. Undisclosed dogs may incur an additional cleaning fee, and dogs are not permitted to be left unattended in your guestroom at any time. What's the best way to pay for my reservation?
A valid credit card is required to be on file to reserve a room. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Guests must be 18 years of age or older and present a valid I.D. upon check-in.
How does the guestroom lighting work?
Room lights are card-activated, place one of your room keys in the key slot located by the front door. Once the card is removed, the lighting will turn-off automatically after one minute. Bathroom lights and fans do not turn off. Lastly, all motion lights are automatic, no switch is necessary.
Is smoking allowed on property?
The entire hotel is a non-smoking property. The State of Washington requires by law that no smoking take place within 25 feet of the door of an area designated as a non-smoking area. Smoking in a guest room will cause the guest to be charged an additional $250 for each day of the stay.
Do you offer extra beds or cribs?
Unfortunately, we do not offer roll away beds. We can provide a limited number of Pac & Play cribs complimentary.

Do you have a fitness center?
Yes, Hotel Windrow has a fitness center located in the basement of the hotel. The fitness center is available 24/7 and accessible with your key card.

Is there Wi-Fi available?
Hotel Windrow offers complimentary wireless internet access. To connect, please select the “Windrow Guest” network, and you will find the login details included in your key packet at check-in.
Do you have an outdoor space?
The Top of the ‘Burg* rooftop is open to guests to use during their stay. There are fire pits and Adirondack chairs.

*The Top of the ‘Burg is not an ADA accessible space.
Do you have a marketplace?
We have a grab-and-go marketplace available to purchase snacks, drinks, or small items you may have forgotten.
Do you have a business center?
Yes, located on the basement floor we have a computer and printer for all your business needs.
