CHRISTMAS IS COMING EARLY at hotel windrow and basalt

Ellensburg’s boutique hotel, restaurant and craft cocktail bar jump into the Holiday spirit as they gear up for opening in December.

The Holidays will be in full swing when we open our doors to the public this December.

Basalt plans to invite guests inside around December 13. Construction teams will put the finishing touches on the hotel the next week, and Hotel Windrow will open around December 18.

Ring in the New Year with Special Events

Hotel Windrow and Basalt will be the event hub in Ellensburg for years to come and look forward to kicking off new events this December. Executive Chef Larkin Young will debut an exclusive menu around Christmas, featuring unexpected twists on Holiday classics. Basalt will also feature tasty bites during Girls Night Out, a semi-annual shopping and dining event organized by the Ellensburg Downtown Association.

Hotel Windrow is introducing new traditions to the Kittitas Valley, one of which will be the annual New Year’s Eve celebration. Guests will enjoy one-of-a-kind menu items, sparkling wine, live music and a balloon drop at midnight. Through these events, the Hotel Windrow lobby will spread Holiday cheer by displaying festive trees, garlands and wreaths.

Although a few grinches tried to steal Christmas from the team, the community showed tremendous support and propelled the project forward. The project could not have succeeded without the support of entities including the City of Ellensburg and its Building Division, Kittitas Valley Fire and Rescue, TruFrame, 3^rd Gen Construction, and Premier Paint and Floor Covering.
